2nd Makassar Debate Open 2012 -- Prepared Motions

Dear all,

Although the format of the tournament is BP, the 2nd MDO will have a few
prepared motions for you all to, well, prepare. :)

Here are the motions:
TH regrets the establishment of ACFTA.
THBT the international community should focus more on environmental 
refugees instead of reducing emission.
THW prohibit the media from publishing stories related to suicide.
THBT democratic nations should never grant asylum to whistle-blowers.
